Mike Reynolds is the Interim Managing Director of the AtkinsRéalis Nuclear EMEA business. He leads 2,000 people across the region and is responsible for the operational performance and business growth across the full nuclear life cycle of new build, generation, decommissioning and fuel.

With 25 years of experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, and Contract Professional across Nuclear, Transportation, Property, and Water sectors. Mike has experience of growing businesses and delivering projects across multiple sectors and geographies. He has a passion for innovation and developing new capabilities.
