At the London School of Economics, she is an Emeritus Governor and Co-Director of The Inclusion Initiative, a research unit at the LSE which uses insights from behavioural science to change the culture of firms.
Karina is CEO of Redcliffe Advisory, which provides Chairman/CEO Advisory services; Senior Advisor to Multiverse Computing, Europe’s largest quantum AI software firm; Founder of The City Quantum & AI Summit at the Mansion House, now in its 5th year; a NED on the Board of Atlanti, an Anglo-Swiss Fund Management firm.
