Nadia Cote

CEO Europe and Head of Specialty Lines UK

Nadia has 28 years’ experience in the corporate insurance industry across the full spectrum of large-corp, mid-corp, SME, personal lines and A&H.

She joined RSAL as CEO of Europe and Head of Specialty Lines UK in March of this year.

Prior to joining RSAL, Nadia was part of Allianz’s Global Corporate & Specialty team, leading the company’s UK, Ireland and Nordic regions, later being announced as Commercial Managing Director for the UK.

Nadia previously held the role as Head of Major Accounts for Europe at Chubb, setting and implementing the business strategy for the Major Accounts Division, and holding responsibility for global broker relationships outside North America. Before that she was country president for Chubb in France, for seven years. Nadia began her insurance career as a Financial Lines Underwriter first at AIG and later at Chubb.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Sherbrooke and Simon Fraser University in Canada.

Nadia was awarded the legion d'honneur for services to the French insurance industry in 2019; and was recently listed as one of Business Insurance’s UK Elite Women for 2025.
